The Staff Coach works directly with their respective Director of Coaching to manage the learning process of the team(s) and players on that team.

Hours: |
Fall and Spring season commitment. Teams will have 3-4.5 events per week depending on the team age group.

Compensation: |
Commensurate with experience, ability and license level.

Responsibilities: |
Specific oversight of his/her team, team planning (league and tournament placement), adherence to annual plan.

Skills Needed: |
Technical and tactical understanding for the game of soccer. Staff coaches should have desire for furthering their soccer knowledge. Detail oriented, self-starter and creative. Proficient in general computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekend work. Must have own transportation.
