Who are we looking for?
With 575+ members and 40+ teams ranging in age from U8-U18, Barcelona United has many great opportunities available. Opportunities include a variety of roles appealing to different skill sets.
We are looking for energetic interns or entry-level staff who want to get an in-depth experience in coaching, soccer/sport management, marketing, field maintenance, video editing/production and operations.

Staff Coach

| Position: |
The Staff Coach works directly with their respective Director of Coaching to manage the learning process of the team(s) and players on that team.
|

| Hours: |
Fall and Spring season commitment. Teams will have 3-4.5 events per week depending on the team age group.
|
| Compensation: |
Commensurate with experience, ability and license level.
|
| Responsibilities: |
Specific oversight of his/her team, team planning (league and tournament placement), adherence to annual plan.
|
| Skills Needed: |
Technical and tactical understanding for the game of soccer. Staff coaches should have desire for furthering their soccer knowledge. Detail oriented, self-starter and creative. Proficient in general computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekend work. Must have own transportation.
